• Fast Dispatch: We aim to ship out normal orders within 1-3 business days, after payment confirmation, unless otherwise noted on our website or in our communications.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

 

3. Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Factors such as customs, weather conditions, and local delivery services may affect actual delivery times.

• For packages lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed.
